| Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, to consider and approve the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>Further, In terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of Mahindra and Mahindra Limited ("MandM"), the Trading Window has been closed from July 01, 2014 to August 09, 2014, i.e. from the first day of the month following the quarter till 24 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. | |
