We wish to inform you that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution passed today i.e. 27th July, 2017 issued and allotted 221,786 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by the eligible employee under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme, 2007 and 2015. Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 3,781,182,650/- to Rs. 3,783,400,510/-.
