| With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 21, 2014 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said announcement the number of shares allotted by the Board of Directors was inadvertently mentioned as 81,875 instead of 78,375. Hence kindly read the point no. 1 of the said announcement as follows:<br/><br/>1. Issue and allotment of 78,375 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 932,542,760/- to Rs. 933,326,510. | |
