| Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(3)(vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed August 29, 2014 as the cut-off date to offer e-voting facility to its Members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM. The voting rights for e-voting shall be reckoned on the paid-up value of Shares registered in the name of Members on the cut-off date i.e. August 29, 2014.<br/> <br/>The Company would be availing e-Voting Services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). | |
