| Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further as per Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from the first day of the month, following the respective quarter, half-year or financial year, as the case may be, till 24 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the meeting. Accordingly trading window is closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2014 and shall remain closed till April 30, 2014. | |
