| Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider the declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity share of the Company shall remain closed from September 12, 2014 to September 17, 2014 (both days inclusive). | |
