| With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 31, 2013 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from January 01, 2014 to January 25, 2014 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated Employees and their Dependent Family members shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of MLDL securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed. | |
