Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2014 to August 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 07, 2014.<br/><br/>The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held o August 07, 2014, will be credited / dispatched between August 08, 2014 and August 12, 2014.
