| Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ending on June 30, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above and pursuant to the Company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons, the Trading Window/ for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from June 01, 2016 to July 30, 2016 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated Persons and their dependent immediate relatives shall not trade or deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of Companys securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window shall remain closed. However, exercise of stock options during the trading window closure period as aforesaid is permitted. | |
