This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's code of conduct to Regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading window in respect of dealing in Equity shares of the Company, will remain closed, for all the Directors, Designated (specified) Employees of the Company and 'the connected persons' with the Company, with effect from 7th November, 2017 to 16th November 2017 (both days inclusive). The trading window in respect of dealing in shares of the Company shall re-open from 17th November 2017.
