Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that :<BR><BR>"In continuation to our earlier letter dated April 06, 2015 intimating thereon about the oral order passed by the Honble High Court of Bombay, sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement in nature of demerger of Man Infraprojects Limited from Man Industries (India) Limited under Sections 391 to 394 read with Section 78 (corresponding provisions under Section 52 of the Companies Act, 2013) and Section 100 to 103 of the Companies Act, 1956 (or any corresponding provisions of the Companies Act, 2013), this is to inform you that the Company has received the Certified Copy of the Order from the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay in the above matter on May 14, 2015."
