| Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have received SEBI Order no. ASK/AO/62/2014 dated March 28, 2014 on April 04, 2014 imposing a penalty of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakh only) jointly and severally on the Company, some of the Directors and Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of Section 15HB of the SEBI Act for charge of violation of regulation 12(2) and (3) read with clause 2.1 of Schedule II of PIT Regulations for delay in disclosure of price sensitive information to the exchanges.<br/><br/>Further, the Company is challenging the SEBI order in SAT. | |
