This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from Monday, 15th May, 2017 till 48 hours (forty eight hours) after the date on which the Financial Statements for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2017; as approved by the Board are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
