Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Selection Committee and Audit Committee of the Board, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singhania, Sr. Manager-Accounts and Finance as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Company had paid an Interim Dividend of 100% (Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 2 each) aggregating to Rs. 1310.68 lakhs on August 19, 2013. The Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any further dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
