Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, has approved the appointment of Mr. Raj Kumar Banthia as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and also as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from October 15, 2014.
