Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Anubhav Maheshwari has resigned from the post of Company Secretary.<br/><br/>The Company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on September 04, 2014. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Maheshwari also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s).
