| Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received the certified copy of Order of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta on November 19, 2014 approving the Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 for demerger of undertakings of the Company into the Transferee Companies.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 23, 2014, inter alia, to fix the Record Date for ascertaining the Equity Shareholders of the Company who would be eligible for the allotment of the share in the Transferee Companies. | |
