Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that Mr. T K Arun, (DIN 02163427) Director nominated by Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited, (TIDCO) has resigned from the Board consequent to his superannuation from TIDCO on <BR> 31st October 2017. In terms of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013 the resignation is effective from 9th November 2017, being the date of receipt of the letter.<BR>
