Manali Petrochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2016, inter alia, for considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as intimated previously, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window remains closed upto the second trading day after the announcement of the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
