With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 05, 2015, regarding the resignation of company secretary, Manappuram Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Rajesh Kumar K, Company Secretary and Compliance officer is relieved from the office with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2015 and the charge of Compliance officer and investors contact appoint under listing agreement will be assumed by the Assistant Company Secretary, Mr. Santosh Kumar Barik who is a member of ICSI till such time the new Company Secretary joins the Company and takes charge.
