We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company will be meeting on Thursday, 25th May, 2017 at 11.00 am at the registered office of the company, Valapad, Thrissur, Kerala-680567 interalia to consider the Audited Financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st March, 2017. And also inform you that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of business in Stock Exchanges on 26th April (Wednesday) to closing of business in Stock Exchanges on 29th May, 2017 (Monday).
