Mangalam Cement Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Anil Kumar Mandot has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and his letter of resignation has been noted and taken on record by Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 07, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Yaswant Mishra, President Corporate as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 07, 2015. This is in addition to his present designation of President (Corporate).
