Mangalam Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.00 (Rupees Three Only) per share aggregating Rs. 800.81 lacs and Rs. 136.01 lacs towards Corporate Dividend Tax for the year ended March 31, 2014.
