| Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2014, has considered and approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Mr. Srinivasulu Reddy Magunta as a Director with effect from August 07, 2014 in the casual vacancy caused by the demise of Mr. N. Sunder Rajan, designated as an "Independent Director" subject to the approval of members by way of Postal Ballot pursuant to Regulation 24(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011; and<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Muralidharan T. M. as Head of Finance in place of Mr. K. Raghuveeran with immediate effect. | |
