The Company has completed the reassessed capacity of Urea production for the financial year 2016-17, as fixed by the Department of Fertilizers (DoF), Government of India. The Company is also carrying out annual maintenance of its plants. In view of this, the Company has shutdown its Ammonia, Urea and ABC plants from March 3, 2017. We shall inform you once we resume operations of these plants. This disclosure, being material, is made pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
