| The Exchange had sought clarification from Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd with respect to news appearing In The Asian Age on January 06, 2015 titled "Deepak Fertilizers sells 2.2% stake."<BR><BR>Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has replied stating "We wish to clarify that we have received disclosures from SCM Soilfert Limited on 2.1.2015 pursuant to SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 1992 and SEBI [SAST] Regulations, 2011, intimating sale of 26,06,744 equity shares representing 2.2% voting share capital of the Company.<BR><BR>Accordingly, we have intimated the required disclosures to the Stock Exchanges on 6.1.2015 pursuant to Regulation 13 (6) of SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 1992." | |
