The Board meeting concluded at 2:45 p.m. however, we observed that in the covering letter to Stock Exchange(s) the time was wrongly mentioned as 2:15 p.m. due to typographical error.<BR><BR>We hereby confirm that the Board meeting concluded at 2:45 p.m."
