Pursuant to Clause 10.1 of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of MRPL, shall remain closed from Saturday 4th November, 2017 in view of the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2017 by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday 14th November, 2017. <BR> <BR> The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2017.<BR>
