Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 and IEPF Rules, 2016 read with IEPF Amendment Rules, 2017 provides for credit of shares to IEPF Authority in respect of whom dividend has not been claimed by shareholders for the previous 7 years. The Company is in the process of transferring such shares to IEPF Account. The details of shares being transferred to IEPF Account are available on the website of the Company.
