Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 10, 2016, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended the March 31, 2016 and to consider recommendation of dividend on Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares.<BR><BR>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and designated Employees and their dependents from April 25, 2016 to May 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
