Marg Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Ramamoorthy N Chartered Accountant as Chief Financial Officer of the Company under Section 203(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>2. Approved and adopted the code of conduct for Insiders as prescribed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 to be effective from May 15, 2015.
