Marico Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. to approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3) ("financial results");<BR><BR>2. to take on record the Limited Review Report on the financial results;<BR><BR>3. to consider and approve the declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>- Investors call: The Company will be holding investor/analyst conference calls on February 01, 2016 at 4.00 p.m. During such calls, the Management will comment on the financial results and operations for the quarter ending December 31, 2015. Transcript of the said calls will be subsequently published on the Company's website www.marico.com.
