Marico Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed February 08, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend.<BR><BR>In the event of dividend being declared by the Board of Directors the payment date for the Second Interim Dividend shall be February 29, 2016.
