Maruti Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Persons shall remain closed for the period of May 21, 2016 and shall re-open after expiry of forty-eight hours after the submission of the aforesaid financial result.
