Maruti Suzuki India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 29, 2017 to September 05, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 05, 2017.<BR><BR>The Dividend payment date is September 11, 2017 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuring AGM.
