| Maruti Suzuki India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2014 to September 04, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 04, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company will provide the e-voting facility to its shareholders for the said AGM and therefore has fixed August 01, 2014 as the record date for the purpose of determining the members entitled to vote electronically. | |
