Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that at a meeting of Share Transfer, Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee held on March 18, 2015, 55344 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.<BR><BR>Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 22,498,278 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 112,491,390/-.
