MASTEK LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP Scheme

Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on June 03, 2016 has allotted 142,408 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 23,139,682 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 115,698,410.
