Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that at a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on May 26, 2015, 2,38,786 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects with the existing shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 22,812,795 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 114,063,975/-.
