Mastek Ltd has informed BSE that at a meeting of Share Transfer, Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee held on August 28, 2014, 67,810 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) are allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.<br/><br/>Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 22,295,012 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 111,475,060/-.
