| Master Trust Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record Un-Audited Quarterly (Financial) Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 04, 2016 and will open on February 16, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on February 13, 2016. | |
