Max India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, to take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company together with Limited Review by the Auditors for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window (Under Prohibition of Insider Trading) shall remain closed until August 14, 2015.
