Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Samirkumar Mapara as an Independent Director of the Board.<br/><br/>2. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Viral Chitalia as an Independent Director on the Board.<br/><br/>3. Re-constituted Audit Committee, Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee and Remuneration Committee.<br/><br/>4. Considered Preferential Allotment of Equity Shares to Promoter Group and others.
