Mayur Leather Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27,<BR>2015, has discussed and approved the following alongwith other matters:<BR><BR>1. Declared Interim Dividend of Rs.0.50/- (i.e. 5%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year 2014-15. <BR>The said dividend will be paid on or after April 09, 2015 to the persons whose name appears in the register of members / list of beneficial owners on the record date.
