Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 22, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended June 30, 2017 and to take on record the Limited Review report thereon.<BR><BR>2. To consider and declare First Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2017-18, if any.<BR><BR>Also, pursuant to the Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "trading window" for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and designated employees of the Company, for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from August 15, 2017 till August 24, 2017 (both days inclusive).
