Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend @ 4% i.e., Rs. 0.20/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will open from May 30, 2016 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel / Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company.
