Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, has discussed and approved the followings;<br/><br/>1. Declared First Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.70/- (i.e. 14%) per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company. The said dividend will be paid on or after August 23, 2014 to the persons whose name appears in the register of members as provided by Registrar and transfer Agent of the Company on the Book Closure.<br/><br/>2. The Board considered and approved the opening of the Wholly Owned subsidiary in US.
