Khericha, Director as a Chairman of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Saurin V. Palkhiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Mr. Nilesh C. Mankiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.
