Mazda Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend on equity shares, if any.<BR><BR>Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window of the company will be closed for the designated employees from May 19, 2016 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016.
