Pursuant to the provisions under Clause 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 to consider inter-alia the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2017. Further the trading window in respect of the Company's securities shall remain closed for all directors/promoter/officers/designated employee of the Company from May 15, 2017 to June 02, 2017 as per the code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading adopted by the Company.
